Review Summary: MY REVEIW OF THE PANFORTE
Review: Very nice for the holiday season. More of a snack item but so delicious and nutritious.

Review Summary: Yummy Italian fruitcake!
Review: Forget what you know about fruitcake - this is really good. It's chewy, subtlely sweet and full of flavor. This product has old-world goodness and is still made according to very old recipes in the charming town of Siena, Italy. Whenever I eat this, it reminds me of strolling down the narrow streets and sitting in the outdoor cafes around the city piazza. Give it a try!

Review Summary: Hate fruitcake, love panforte!
Review: Although I have never eaten a fruitcake I liked, I LOVE panforte. It appears to have most of the same ingredients as fruitcake, but something about having it condensed into a flat, dense cake makes all the difference in the world. It doesn't appear to have as much candied fruit as fruitcake, which makes it better in my opinion. It's like eating a great brownie vs. a mediocre piece of cake.
