Soft-shell steamer clams are traditionally used for clam bakes and lobster feasts. As their name suggests, steaming is the preferred method of cooking for these clams. Steamer clams are perfect for clam bakes on the beach or right in your own kitchen. Use seaweed and hot stones for steaming, or a large pot or Dutch oven on your stovetop. Our clams are dug live from the Gulf of Maine to Cape Cod. Steam and serve these beautiful clams with drawn butter.
