Ingredients for Granola 2 Recipe

6 c Reg. oats, uncooked
1-1/2 c Coconut
3/4 c Honey
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Cinnamon
1-1/2 c Chopped pecans
1 c Wheat germ
1/4 c Water
1 tb Vanilla flavor
1 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Salt

Granola 2 Preparation

Combine oats, pecans, coconut and wheat germ. Combine honey and water in small saucepan; heat, stirring frequently until mixture thins and is thoroughly heated. Stir in oil and vanilla; pour over oat mixture and mix well. Stir in spices and salt. Pour into 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2 -inch baking pans. Bake at 250 F. for 1 hr., stirring abt. every 15 min.
