Ingredients for Greek Salad Dressing 2 Recipe

1/4 c Good balsamic vinegar
1/2 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1 Clove garlic very very
-finely chopped
1/2 ts Dijon style mustard
1/2 ts Dried oregano

Greek Salad Dressing 2 Preparation

Mix this all together very well and toss with torn romaine lettuce, slices of purple onion, and crumbled feta cheese. I hate olives so I leave them out but you can add them if you like.
