1 bn Spinach to yield 1 cup
-cooked
1 Egg
1/4 c Water
1-1/2 c Flour

Green Pasta 2 Preparation

Cook spinach in pan until wilted.(nothing in pan) Place spinach in food processor and process almost to a paste Add egg and water and process to combine Add flour until a ball forms around the blade.
