Ingredients for Half Moon Cookies 2 Recipe

1 c Shortening
1-1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
3-1/2 c Flour
1-1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sour milk

Half Moon Cookies 2 Preparation

Cream together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop a large tablespoonful of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Cool.
