4 Eggs
1 sl Ham, cut up
1/2 Onion, cut up
1/2 Stick margarine

For the lady looking for main dish rice recipes, here is a great one from Cajun Country Cookbook. Melt margarine. Cook ham and onions in margarine until onions are wilted. Add cooked rice until hot.
