2-1/2 c Crushed pineapple

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs and sugar until light. Add flour,s salt and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool.
