1 tb Cider vinegar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 Cl Garlic; crushed
1-1/2 lb White fish fillets
1 tb Fresh parsley; minced
Hawaiian Broiled Fish Preparation
Recipe by: Michelle M. Davis <mdavis@PINEGOV.CO.PINELLAS.FL.US> Combine 1st 6 ingrediants, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once. Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5 from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley. Recipes sent to me from Bill, wight@odc.net
