3 c Bread flour
2 ts Salt
1/4 c Butter
3/4 c Shredded coconut
3/4 c Macadamia nuts or almonds
1 tb Sugar
1/3 c Crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c Pineapple juice (above)
1 Egg
1/4 c Warm water
Hawaiian Coconut Bread Preparation
Add all ingredients in the order listed to the pan. Select white bread and press Start . NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans.
