One thing I learned from reading the Electric Bread book is that you can stop your machine after the first rise and start over again and get a nicer loaf. (More rising time that way!) Was this finished in the bread machine? If not, what was the oven temperature? How long does it bake. If it was finished in the bread machine what setting did you use? Do you think that whole wheat pastry flour would work instead of the bread flour? Thanks! MP
