12 Flat anchovy fillets;
-chopped
2 Midium raw potatoes; cooked,
-peeled, and chopped
6 Onion slices; chopped
1 lg Beet; cooked, peeled, and
-chopped
6 Raw egg yolks
Isbjornoye (Polar Bear s Eye) Preparation
