MIX JELLO ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM. IN BIG BOWL, BREAK UP JELLO INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES. ADD DRAINED PINEAPPLE AND COOL WHIP. MIX WELL. SPOON OVER SLICES OF ANGEL FOOD CAKE. VARIATION: TRY SUBSTITUTING OTHE FRUITS FOR THE PINEAPPLE, SUCH AS CRUSHED STRAWBERRIES (WITH ARTIFICIAL SWEETNER), ETC.
