Mash softened cream cheese, add powdered sugar gradually until candy mixture becomes like a stiff pie dough, approximately 3 3/4 cups. (If using more than one color and flavoring, separate candy mixture into individual bowls). Add desired flaoring (approximately 1/2 tsp for entire amount) and coloring a little at a time until desired shade is reached. Roll into small balls, roll balls in granlated sugar.
