2 c Flour
1/2 c Powdered sugar
1/2 lb Butter
1 Lemon rind grated
4 Eggs
2 c Sugar
1/3 c Lemon juice. fresh
1/4 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
Powdered sugar to dust
Justine s Lemon Bars Preparation
In bowl, sift 2 cups four and 1/2 cup sugar. Cut in butter and lemon rind. When pastry clings together, press it into a 13×9x2 in baking dish, pre-sprayed. Bake this at 350
