Free Recipe Kaylynne s Spanish Rice

Ingredients for Kaylynne s Spanish Rice Recipe
3 tb Oil
8 oz Tomato sauce
2 c Uncooked rice
3/4 ts Cumin
1/2 md Bell pepper — chp
3/4 ts Garlic powder
1/2 c Onion — chopped
3/4 ts Salt
4 c Chicken broth
1/2 ts Pepper
Kaylynne s Spanish Rice Preparation
Brown the rice, onion and bell pepper over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer, covered, for approximately 20 minutes. Remove lid and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. DO NOT STIR RICE or it will be sticky! If rice begins to stick to pan, gently move the rice with a fork. Fluff before serving.
