Ingredients for KFC Cole Slaw Recipe
1 1/2 Tablespoons White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Diced Carrot
1/4 Cup Milk
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
2 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Minced Onions
8 Cups Finely Diced Cabbage (about 1 Head)
KFC Cole Slaw Preparation
Finely dice cabbage and carrots (I use fine shredder disc on food processor.)
Pour cabbage/carrot mix into large bowl and stir in minced onions.
Using regular blade on food processor process remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cover bowl and refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.

I’ve been using the following KFC recipe for years after finding it on a forum that said someone who worked at KFC created this recipe, so might be an authentic KFC recipe:
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
2 carrots
2 heads cabbage
3/4 cup chopped onion
4 1/2 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
6 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Mix vegetable oil, onions and sugar.
Add Tarragon vinegar (this is the secret ingredient that makes it KFC like).
Fold in Miracle Whip.
Pour over grated carrots and cabbage.
Fold in well.
Refrigerate in an air-tight covered dish.
Make the night before serving for best results.
Compare with the real KFC Cole Slaw and let me know what you think.
