Bayou Classic Turkey Fryer Set includes: 30 qt aluminum stockpot, vented lid, perforated poultry rack, grab hook, 12 inch thermometer (50-750 degrees), 1 oz. Trial seasoning injector, outdoor gas burner on stand and 10 PSI adjustable regulator with 29 inch Propane Gas rubber hose. Stockpot is made from 1 mm, 18 gauge restaurant grade aluminum. A turkey fryer is a great tool for deep-frying a turkey.

Review: My fryer arrived damaged. The heavy burner which was placed inside the aluminum pot for shipping left numerous quarter size dents. Since it was still functional and it arrived so close to Thanksgiving, I was forced to keep it anyway. After frying the turkey the paint peeled off the burner and now needs to be stored somewhere dry to prevent rusting. The paint on the marinade injector rubbed off during use and got red paint on the turkey.

Review: This is a nice set and worth every penny, but the same manufacturer, Bayou Classic, offers another set here, same fryer but more accessories like a basket and fry pot (for seafood boils and such) included for only another $10. Check it out before you spend more buying this one plus the extras if you'll use them like we do :)
