Review: Was OKAY for about 18 months, then it stopped working. Contacted customer service and they tell me the parts are not consumer purchasable. Contacted them again regarding service and they said there are NO SERVICE CENTERS. Warranty was only 1 year, so I'm out of luck. BAD PRODUCT!

It is great to use outside on the patio for the kids. It's small, light and you can grill a number of hot dogs and/or hamburgers for the gang.
