Review: The Oster 3210 Quesadilla Maker is really great product except for the way it closes. The inside plates are not removable but even that's not a big deal. If it had a better closing mechanism, it would be great!

Review: I chose this one over the larger Salton model because I live alone and don't need such large portions. The low carb 8 inch tortillas sold at my local grocer fit perfectly. I usally just cut one in half and add my favorite topings (rotiserie chicken and cheese or banana peppers) and grill it up. It works great and doesn't take up a lot of space.
