Ingredients for Knockwurst with Cabbage Recipe

3 tb Butter
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 ts Salt
1 lb Knockwurst; thickly sliced
2 Small onions; chopped
1 lb Cabbage; shredded
1/2 ts Black pepper

Knockwurst with Cabbage Preparation

Melt butter in glass or ceramic casserole dish in the micro oven on the highest setting. Stir in the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add the cabbage; salt and pepper and mix well.
