Ingredients for Korean Honeyed Rice with Nuts Recipe
1/2 c Blanched Almonds; chopped
1/4 c Pine Nuts
2 tb Oil
4 c Hot Cooked Rice
3 tb Honey
1-1/2 tb Soy Sauce
Korean Honeyed Rice with Nuts Preparation
Saute nuts in hot oil in nonstick pan until lightly browned. Add hot rice; mix with honey and soy sauce. NOTES : A touch of honey and nuts are combined with hot rice. Not a dessert.
