Ingredients for Layerd Ham and Macaroni Salad Recipe

1 c Elbow Macaroni
4 c Lettuce; shredded
1 Cucumber; diced
2 c Ham; julienned
1 Red onion; thinly sliced
10 oz Frozen peas; partially
-thawed
1 c Mayonnaise; (up to 1 1/2 c)
1-1/2 ts Dill weed
1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

Layerd Ham and Macaroni Salad Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on package - drain and chill well. In large salad bowl (about 3 quart size) - layer lettuce, cucumber, macaroni, ham, onion and peas. Carefully spread mayonnaise over peas. Sprinkle dill weed over mayonnaise and carefully blend in. Top with shredded cheese. Cover well and chill several hours or overnight.
