Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese Like a Greek Salad Recipe
1/4 lb Macaroni
1-1/2 tb Fruity olive oil
1 tb Wine viinegar
2 oz Feta cheese
4 Or 5 Kalamata or other Greek
-olives; pitted and
-quartered
1/2 ts Dried oregano
Freshly ground pepper; to
-taste
Macaroni and Cheese Like a Greek Salad Preparation
Cook macaroni till tender. Drain well. Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss immediately with the olive oil. Add vinegar and toss again. Add the feta, olives, oregano, and pepper. (Additional salt pby not necessary because of feta.) Toss again. Serve hot or at room temperature.
