Ingredients for Marinated Olives Recipe

1 (16 oz) can pitted ripe
-olives, drained
1 (16 oz) jar pimiento-stuffed
-olive, drained
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 ts Dried thyme leaves
2 tb Red wine vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, finely
-chopped
1 Lemon, sliced
1-1/2 To 2 cups water

Marinated Olives Preparation

In 1 quart nonmetal container, combine all ingredients except water. Add enough water to cover olives. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 3 days. To serve, remove olives with slotted spoon.
