my family made these every year around the holidays. though it was done by spooning mixture over coconut coated wax paper into a square shape yet somewhat flat then sprinkled with nuts and rolled into a log shape then wrapped in the same wax paper wiht the ends tied off and frozen till needed. taken from the freezer and sliced then placed on a plate to serve. tis the season.
