Ingredients for Mary s Hawaiian Cheese Ball Recipe
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese,
-softened
5 oz Sharp cheddar cheese, (ex.
-sharp)
1 tb Maui onion, grated
1/2 c Sweet pickle relish
1 ts Salt
1/2 c Macadamia nuts, chopped fine
1/4 c Fresh parsley, chopped fine
Mary s Hawaiian Cheese Ball Preparation
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the mac nuts and parsley and mix well. Shape into a ball and cover with wax paper. Place in a rice bowl and use as a mold to make a nice round ball. Chill for several hours. Before serving roll the ball in a combination of the mac nuts and parsley. This is a winner! I”ve never served it but there are all kinds of requests for the recipe!
