7-1/2 oz Raisin bran — [1/2 box, by

1-1/2 c Sugar
2-1/2 c Flour
2-1/2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Buttermilk
1/2 c Butter — melted
2 Eggs
Meadow Muffins Preparation
Stir together the dry ingredients to mix well. Add buttermilk, mixing just to blend and let stand for 20 minutes to soften the cereal.=20 Add melted butter and beaten eggs, but don”t overmix.
