Free Recipe Mexicali Bean Dip

1 cn (16-oz) refried beans
1/2 c Shredded Monterey Jack
-cheese with Jalapeno
-peppers
1/4 c Sour cream
2 tb Mazola margarine or butter
Chopped green onions or
-chopped fresh cilantro for
-garnish
Old London white melba toast
Mexicali Bean Dip Preparation
In a medium saucepan combine beans, cheese, sour cream and margarine. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until cheese melts. Spoon into serving dish. Garnish with chopped green onions.
