12 Ripe figs–peeled
1 c Ricotta cheese
1/4 c Heavy cream
2 tb Orange liqueur
2 tb Confectioner s sugar

Milano Figs in Cocoa Preparation
Cut the figs twice through the center but DO NOT cut through the base. Stand them on a serving platter. Spread them open. Place the ricotta in a bowl and thin with the cream. Add the orange liqueur and sugar. Spoon the mixture neatly over the figs. Dust each fig with a tiny bit of cocoa. Chill 15 minutes.
