Free Recipe Mint Chocolate Meringues

Ingredients for Mint Chocolate Meringues Recipe
2 lg Egg whites at room
-temperature
1 ts Cream of tartar
3/4 c Sugar
Green food coloring
6 oz Chocolate mint chips
Mint Chocolate Meringues Preparation
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Add food coloring to desired color of green. Lightly fold in chocolate mint chips. Drop by teaspoon full onto lined baking sheet. Place in 350-degree oven; turn off heat. Leave in oven at least 5 hours or overnight.
