Ingredients for Mocha Mousse Recipe
1 Gelatin envelope unflavored
1 tb Instant coffee granules
1 tb Cold water
1/2 c Boiling water
2/3 c Chocolate flavored drink mix
1/3 c Dry milk; instant
1/4 c Cold water
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Ice cubes
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Mocha Mousse Preparation
In a blender, put gelatin and coffee granules . Add the 1 T of cold water. Blend 10 secs at med. speed. Add boiling water, cover and blend 10 sec at low speed until gelatin and coffee dissolve. Scrape sides with runner spatula.Cover and blend 20 secs longer. Add chocolate drink mix, instant milk powder, 1/4 c cold water, vanilla and cover and blend at med speed for 10 secs. Add ice cubes, cover and blend at high speed until most of ther ice has melted. Pour immediately into serving dishes and let stand 5 mins before serving.
