1 cn (12 oz) frozen cranberry
-juice concentrate; thawed
1-1/2 c Cold water
1/2 c Orange juice
1 tb Lemon juice
3 c Club soda; Chilled
1 Orange; Thinly sliced

Mock Sparkling Sangria Preparation

1. In large nonmetal pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice concentrate, water, orange juice and lemon juice; blend well. Refrigerate 1 hour or until thoroughly chilled. 2.
