1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles, broken
1 head Napa Chinese cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sesame seeds
5 green onions, chopped (tops included)
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 cup salad oil or olive oil
3/4 cup sugar
Ramen Noodle Salad Preparation
Shred cabbage and combine with onions.
Brown noodles, sesame seeds and almonds in butter and drain on paper towel.
Mix dressing and chill.
Assemble approximately 20 minutes before serving for a easy to make Ramen noodle salad.
