Review: I bought this book about a year ago, and have browsed through it and used it so much that the book is literally falling apart. Giada's Italian recipes are by far the best of any Italian cookbook I've ever had. Most are fairly practical, and almost all are delicious. I highly recommend "Everyday Pasta" and any other Giada cookbook.
I'm going to buy a new copy before my old book is completely worn out.
