Review: This is a very difficult item to find in stores so I was so happy to find anything. However there are so many headings it complicates organization, then later remembering which heading was finally used, is almost impossible. I bought 21 of these from 2 sellers. They were gifts for beginner cooks to assistant chef cooks. Hopefully the more experienced will reorganize the recipes. All in all though, I was happy.
