Review: As a chef working in a rural area I found sourcing some of the ingredients difficult, once that was done I did have fun.The hepfull hints section especially regarding tequila was very useful.I found this to be a well laid out clearly written book that once a stock of basic commodities has been built up easy to use. I did make straight for the chilli con carne so now know what the real thing tastes like.Some of the side dishes make good supper and light snack meals.I,m still working my way through the pages and am enjoying the process very much
