Review Summary: Mrs Summ is not a follower of Dr Hay
Review: Although most of the recipes are quite good and the large pictures are very appealing, the recipes follow only roughly Dr Hay's system of Food Combining. There is a lot of baking with sugar and making confusing distinctions between cheeses. It seems to me that Mrs Summ has developed her own "Food Combining" rules where a lot has been watered down so that it appeals to everyone. Unfortunately Mrs Summ has gained a kind of Food Combining guru status in Germany when it would be better to just re-print some of Dr Hay's original books.
