Review Summary: A great reference book for any serious baking/italian cook
Review: if you have all the classic Italian cook books, and by that I mean the toffee nosed European/British Italian cook books then this is one that you will return to again & again, "well they do such a good recipe for focaccia...", and they do. If I have a gripe it is that the photos concentrate on the cafe (well, they would wouldn't they)instead of the delectable dishes. Still, I have tried about 8 of the recipes and despite not being able to imagine 2.5 "cups" of butter,(or anything else but coffee for that matter, but that's just a snotty Brit. talking)they have ALL turned out fabulous.
