I have a friend from Havana, this is a gift book from her. Since the local people also purchase it as gift, I believed it is a good local recipe book!!!
Anyway, I have try some of the recipes.
My family like the dish!sometime have a bit suprice on the different between our local dish and theirs'.
We enjoy to learn the strange name of the dish also!!!! It's fun when you can call the shrimp Soap as "Sopa de camarones"!!!

Nothing here you cannot get on the internet for free. I doubt most readers will be inspired to do much of anything from this.
Sorry but I bought this on high hopes from the other reviewers´ comments. They must be related to the authors.
