Review Summary: I love this book!
Review: This is the first Carribean cookbook I have purchased and I have to say that it comes highly recommended! I was brought up with Carribean food and have a mother who is very critical when it comes to good Carribean food. I made the coconut sweet bread and I have to say, my mum loved it!! It tasted very authentic. The reciepe's are simple and the book is full of colour and pictures.
