Review Summary: Great Book.
Review: This is a fantastic book, the recipes are excellent, well laid out, some recipes are more fattening than others, but there is very clear nutritional information, on each of the recipes, to help you make the right choice.
A great achievement, using Splenda, and it works very well, well done Antony Worrall Thomson. Fully recommended book.

Review Summary: A complete con!
Review: I bought this book expecting to find delicious desserts for people trying to watch their weight. In fact it is just an advert for Splenda! He has got rid of the sugar but totally ignored the fat content. Portion sizes range from 20g fat to 40g in some cases - how can that be healthy! Shame on you Anthony, this is the last cook book I will by with your name on it.

Review Summary: Sweet!
Review: This is a beautiful book - great recipes, really easy to make, and mouthwatering food photography. I can't wait to get baking - with teatime treats and desserts to really impress. Its amazing that there's hardly any added sugar in these recipes - seems like the best of both worlds!
