Review Summary: Not just soda bread!
Review: Despite the old fashioned cover, this book is a treasure trove of recipes that encompass, soda bread, yeast breads including every variation of sweet and savoury. It doesn't stop there! Scones, griddle cakes, teabreads, biscuits and lots more! It will take me months to work my way through all these delicious recipes! This is a recipe book that will be in constant use, not just for 2 or 3 recipes,if you love baking, do get it!
Customer Rating:

Review Summary: Top class book for Irish Soda Bread Recipes
Review: I would highly recommend this book to people who would like to try out a variety of Irish Soda Bread recipes. The book compares very favourably with the recent publication of The Ballymaloe Bread Book by Tim Allen. Unfortunately, the book is not readily available in the Irish book stores so take the risk of not browsing through it in a book shop and buy it on Amazon!!
