Ingredients for Strawberry Liqueur Jam Recipe
500 g Strawberries
1 3/4 c Sugar
1 md Green apple
2 tb Grand marnier
Juice of 1 lime
Strawberry Liqueur Jam Preparation
Wash & hull strawberries. Peel, core & finely chop apple. Add lime juice & let stand covered for 30 minutes. Microwave the fruit & juice for 4 minutes on high. Add sugar, stir & microwave 35 minutes on high, stirring every 10 minutes. Stand five minutes, pour into warm sterile jars. Seal. Letts, Jams, Pickles & Chutneys
