Ingredients for Date Nut Roll Recipe

2 c Sugar
1/2 c Evaporated milk
1/3 c White Kyro syrup
2 tb Butter
1/2 lb Dates; chopped
4 c Walnuts; pecans, almonds or
-mac nuts, chopped

Date Nut Roll Preparation

Combine sugar, milk, syrup and butter in pan and bring to a soft boil (234 degrees). Remove from heat and mix in dates. Beat until thick and then add nuts. Roll into logs.
