Ingredients for Fruit Sauce Recipe

1 Egg
1 c Pineapple juice
2 tb Flour
1/2 c Sugar
Salt
2 tb Butter
1/2 pt Whipping cream

Fruit Sauce Preparation

Beat egg. Add pineapple juice, flour, sugar & salt. Cook until thick in a heavy saucepan. Add butter. Cool & then fold in whipped cream. Serves 6 to 8 people.
